* Delivering customer support across multiple channels, including direct interaction, digital platforms, self-service options, and automated systems.
* Handling service requests according to established procedures.
* Assigning and escalating support tickets efficiently.
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors.
* Participating in internal audits and documenting relevant processes.
* Contributing to the L&D team by coordinating and facilitating training programs.
* Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles as part of regular operations.
* Assisting in project transitions and ensuring smooth handover to support teams.
