Role Details
Job Title:
Human Resources Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and implementing change management initiatives involving new systems, updated policies, or process enhancements.
Contribute to the design and execution of surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools to evaluate employee sentiment and identify cultural gaps.
Support the creation and delivery of culture-enhancing initiatives such as values workshops, communication drives, and employee recognition activities.
Collaborate with HR partners to strengthen workforce engagement at the plant level, including on-site communications and events.
Maintain records and monitor change-related metrics, employee feedback, and subsequent action steps.
Help coordinate training programs and communication efforts for cultural priorities, such as safety awareness, lean practices, and 5S initiatives.
Assist with compiling HR reports, creating dashboards, and preparing presentations reflecting cultural and change-related progress.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in organizational development, cultural change, or change management within industrial settings.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including occasional shop floor presence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Kotter’s model, ADKAR) is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of MS Teams, Power BI, or survey tools considered an asset.
